Showcasing New DAC & Headphone Amplification Innovations at Booth A3
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 21, 2026 — Fosi Audio, a global audio brand known for high-performance, accessible HiFi solutions, is pleased to announce its participation in CanJam Dubai 2026, taking place Saturday and Sunday, January 24–25, 2026, at the Conrad Dubai. Attendees can experience Fosi Audio’s latest products and core lineup at Booth A3.
At the show, Fosi Audio will spotlight the MD3 Magnetic Portable DAC/Headphone Amplifier, a compact, audiophile-focused design engineered to deliver flagship-level sound quality in an ultra-portable form. Designed for listeners who value both performance and usability, MD3 combines premium internal architecture with intuitive, hands-on controls for a portable Hi-Fi experience.
The MD3 features a ESS ES9039Q2M DAC paired with four ES9603Q headphone amplifiers, a true balanced circuit design, and careful tuning that balances musicality with high-resolution detail. An aluminum shielding plate helps reduce magnetic and electrical interference for a cleaner signal path. Despite its power, MD3 remains exceptionally portable, weighing just 50 grams, and is housed in a precision CNC-machined aluminum chassis with a MagSafe-style magnetic back plate for secure attachment to mobile devices. A 1.28-inch LCD display, rotatable for different usage orientations, supports on-device control, while user-focused features such as dual USB-C ports, simultaneous use and charging, custom image upload, a 100-step digital volume control, volume memory, and a dedicated physical “Vista Button” ensure seamless everyday operation.
Also debuting at CanJam Dubai is the DS3 Portable DAC & Headphone Amplifier, the world’s first XMOS-powered DAC/amp in a battery-free dongle design, co-developed by Fosi Audio and XMOS. Built on a next-generation 16-core XMOS processor running at 1.6GHz, DS3 delivers low power consumption, high-precision clock management, and advanced hardware-level audio processing. Powered by the ESS ES9039Q2M DAC, DS3 supports PCM up to 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD512, providing up to 220mW of output power to drive a wide range of headphones.
Designed with both audiophiles and gamers in mind, DS3 features hardware-level 7.1 spatial audio processing that operates without drivers or PC software, offering true plug-and-play immersion across platforms. A dedicated Game Mode supports UAC 1.0 compatibility for direct connection to consoles such as PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, while selectable sound modes (including Original, FPS, and Spatial Audio) allow users to tailor the experience. The FPS sound engine enhances positional cues like footsteps and gunfire, while future firmware updates will introduce web-based PEQ control with hardware-level 32-band EQ, all without signal degradation.
